Free Speech Is Dead In Reston Virginia

This would be the same school district that is allowing a new “Terror” High School in the district.

Exit question for Fairfax County, Virgina – Sharia Law is acceptable and free speech is not?

Rep. Sheila Jackson Wants A Grape Juice Summit

Thursday morning.

“It ‘appears’ on the video – maybe it’s a doctored video”

“I know nothing about this video and I’m not going to comment on it”

Thursday evening.

“I wasn’t talking – I was listening”

“To the very special lady who I care about and stayed and talked to, any offense taken I did not intend it. Let me apologize to you. Come to the Town Hall meeting again so that we can talk.”

It seems she forgot the special ladies name……………..but really, she was listening!

By the way Ms. Jackson-Lee – do you have any concept of how much work it was for a woman with three small children to find the time to attend the first Town Hall meeting?

Ed Schultz – The New Leader Of The Democratic Party?

I think we should give him the job – the same way the Dems gave the title to Rush.

They have accused Rush Limbaugh of being the voice of the Republican Party when in fact he’s a shock jock. He does have good points sprinkled in his rants and it can be fun to see what he’s going to say next. It seems to me that Ed is jealous that he doesn’t have the numbers Rush does. So, he’s going to use every method he can – including bigotry and race baiting.

“It’s almost as if everyone of the Town Hall meetings is turning into the Jerry Springer show.”

“Sometimes I think they want Obama to get shot.”

You have one major problem with your plan Mr. Ed, you have no talent or class.

Just a thought as I’m listening to the last video – is it me or is being racist again people of Indian descent is acceptable to the Dems? There certainly was no outrage when Biden did the same thing…………..

hmmmmmmmmmmm

Jack Kemp On Patriotism

Yesterday Jack Kemp was awarded the medal of freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States.

He was once quoted as saying:

“Pro football gave me a good perspective. When I entered the political arena, I had already been booed, cheered, cut, sold, traded, and hung in effigy.”

He was no whiner and he certainly could give many of our current politicians a few lessons in patriotism.

“What distinguishes me as an American is willing to what you all are doing – engage in ideas – engage in argument – engage in dissent – engage in the fierce battle of a liberal democracy.”

What distinguishes you? How will history remember you, even if it is only your family history. Stories told by your grandchildren. Will your legacy be stories of grandma/grandpa sitting on the couch and telling stories or your involvement in the Country that they now live in?

Will your legacy be fighting for your/their freedoms or living during the time we watched our/their freedoms taken away?
